Enrollment Policy
Eligibility
Our programs are open to:
- Beginners exploring tech careers
- Career-changers seeking structured training
- Service members, veterans, spouses, and civilians
Some advanced tracks may require prerequisite skills or prior coursework.
Enrollment Process
- Advising Call – Meet with an advisor to confirm fit and next steps.
- Program Selection – Choose a training path and start date.
- Registration & Documents – Complete the online enrollment form and, where applicable, submit funding or employer documents.
Attendance & Participation
- Learners are expected to attend live sessions or review recordings promptly.
- Projects and assessments should be submitted by the posted due dates.
- If you anticipate a conflict, notify your instructor or advisor as soon as possible so we can help you stay on track.
Cancellation & Disenrollment Policy
Cancellation Before Program Start
You may cancel your enrollment before the program start date by contacting support in writing. Any tuition or fees already paid will be handled in accordance with your funding source (self-pay, employer, or government program). For more detailed information about refunds, be sure to "read Era Academy's proposal and agreement letter" that you signed prior to your course start date
Withdrawal After Start
If you withdraw after the program has started:
- Access to live sessions and new materials may be suspended
- Remaining financial responsibility will follow the terms in your enrollment agreement or funding contract
Administrative Disenrollment
We reserve the right to disenroll a learner in cases such as:
- Repeated non-attendance or non-participation
- Academic integrity violations or misuse of platforms
- Behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates policy
Whenever possible, we will first attempt to resolve issues through coaching and communication before any final decision is made.
